How to report copyright infringement on Nomlen.

1. Our policy
Nomlen respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal as described below.
2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to ram@nomlen.com including:
(a) identification of the copyrighted work;
(b) identification of the infringing material and its URL;
(c) your contact information;
(d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
(e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act;
(f) your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent to jurisdiction statement.
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
