By accessing or using nomlen.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

What Nomlen provides

Nomlen offers free tools including domain name search and availability checking, AI-powered name generators, TLD price comparison, and domain diagnostic utilities (WHOIS, DNS, SSL certificate, port, HTTP header, hosting, and server detection tools). The tools are provided free of charge and generally require no account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

• Use the tools to probe, scan, or attack systems you do not own or have permission to test. Our diagnostic tools are intended for checking your own domains and infrastructure, or systems you are authorized to evaluate.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it aggressively, or circumvent rate limits and access controls.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through any input field, including generator prompts.
• Misrepresent the Service's output as official registry, legal, or security advice.

We may throttle, block, or restrict access for misuse.

Accuracy of data — important

Domain availability results, WHOIS/RDAP records, DNS data, certificate details, pricing information, and AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes. While we query live sources, data can change between our check and your action: a domain shown as available may be registered by someone else moments later, and registry or registrar data may contain errors beyond our control.

The registrar's checkout is always the final authority on whether a domain is available and what it costs. Availability and pricing information on nomlen.com does not constitute an offer to sell or a guarantee.

AI-generated name ideas are suggestions only. They carry no trademark clearance — always conduct your own trademark searches before adopting a name commercially.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Service, including links to domain registrars, are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence tool results, rankings, or price comparisons.

Intellectual property

The Service's design, copy, and original content are owned by Nomlen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools and share their outputs for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the site's content or framing without permission.

Domain names you discover through our tools belong to whoever registers them — using a generator does not reserve or grant rights in any name.

Third-party links and services

The Service links to third-party websites, including registrars. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service, which for our free tools is zero.
